Work With Us

There are many ways to work with us and support excellence across the hair and beauty sector.

Whether you are a training provider, educator, employer or organisation, you can engage with us in a way that suits you - from joining our community to becoming an endorsed provider or partner.

Future Star Awards & Team CPD

We recognise and celebrate the technical excellence and employability of learners through our Future Star Awards.

Each college can put forward learners to receive awards one for Hairdressing and one for Beauty Therapy, recognising the most inspirational and promising individuals at the end of their course.

We also support educators with their Continuing Professional Development (CPD), by inviting them to our Education Forums.

Get your course endorsed by HABIA

If you deliver high-quality training, you can apply for HABIA endorsement for your course.

We have a robust assessment process to ensure courses are aligned with the most up-to-date National Occupational Standards (NOS). The HABIA endorsement mark is widely recognised as a sign of quality, excellence and professionalism.

Being endorsed by HABIA helps distinguish your training and gives learners confidence that your course meets industry standards.  In the confusion around short courses, a course endorsed by us stands out as training that can be trusted.

Endorsed courses are listed on our website.

‘The endorsement process with Habia was incredibly smooth and simple. Throughout the process the Habia team was supportive, professional, and knowledgeable, making what seemed like a daunting task completely manageable. Undertaking such a partnership with Habia was a real driver for consistency and improvement, giving us a clear framework to review our Beauty qualification and ensuring that the qualification met the demands of learners and centres alike.

Testimonials

"The Habia Future Star Awards are the ultimate platform to showcase the incredible talent we nurture. For us, excellence is measured by career success; we are immensely proud that the majority of our Level 3 learners secure employment within the sector before they even leave college. Being part of these awards validates their hard work and gives them the professional edge needed to step straight from the classroom into a thriving career."

Julie Guzzo
Curriculum Director of Technical Studies, Coleg Cambria

"When I first started our business, it was incredibly important to me that our courses carried real credibility and met recognised industry standards. I wanted our courses to carry the prestige and trust that comes with being part of Habia. Looking back, the time and commitment I invested in gaining my level 3 teaching qualification has been repaid in so many ways. It gave our courses a strong foundation and ensured that everything we deliver meets the highest professional standards."

Jan Taylor
CEO, Aesthetica professional Ltd

"HABIA recognition is synonymous with credible education and their work continues to raise the bar for our industry. For therapists, that endorsement brings a level of trust and reassurance, signalling that my course aligns with recognised professional standards and supports practitioners in developing a deeper theoretical understanding of skin function, strengthening clinical thinking and elevating professional expertise."
